Vijaya Bank — For double transaction

I was use vijaya bank debit card to chirayu hospital dombivli east on dated[protected] for my son treatment & there two translation done on translation getting error other translation successful done but two time debit money in my account (Amount is 5000+5000 rs. Total 10, 000 rs.) but still not refund my one translation money in my account

I have already submit letter to vijaya bank on dated[protected]
