I am a customer of your bank name Simantini Ramesh acc. No [protected]. I have withdrawn 10000 rs from my atm card from SBI ATM at "Ram-Ram bank chauhara" Lucknow. Atm machine did not processed and money could not came out. But the account is showing the deduction of 10000 rs.
Transaction details are NFSD - S10B012221 time 16:59:18 date 4/01/2018

I am out of my home branch and running low in cash so please consider this mail and application as myself and please refund the amount asap.

Vijaya bank is govt. bank that's why they provides more than but...poor quality to there staff and provide better services to other.one of your employee SUMAN RAI. provided me a poor quality service regarding my work that's why please take any action on such situation.
