[Resolved] Vijaya Bank — I am complaining about wrong debit of amount from account.

The money debited suddenely from my account on 05.04.2017 which was not withdrawal by me from ATM. For Detail attached the account statement. Tha massage got on 05.04.2017 from bank Rs. 8000 withdrawn from your account details CWDR/127545/19012017/A01/NFSI, & Rs.7000 withdrawn from your account details CWDR/2253/20012017/A01/NFSI. Both the massagese are fake massage & money wrongly debited from my account.

Please look into the matter & refund my money as soon as possible.

Dear sir/mam,
I am using your mobile banking in ac no [protected]. Last night i tried to Recharge my mobile but transaction timed out. And transaction status is failure. still my ac is debited with sum rs 399.
Please initiate the process for refund.
