Vijaya Bank — I am complaint about refund

I was doing recharge on 22/03/2020 of rupees 49 two times means total 98 ru money deducted but i not got recharge yet. I m doing this from mobile banking app. I think that i got refund if recharge status is failure but not happening like this so i request to give refund of ru 98.
