Vijaya Bank — I cannot make transaction with any apps like paytm,idea apps etc why?

I cannot make transaction with any apps like paytm, idea apps, etc.
It get error whwn I try to transact?? What should I do for that?
In phone pe app I can do transaction, but in paytm or idea app it cannot be done. Can I get a correct details immeditly. I'm trying to transact with idea app from last 1 year but I cannot transact. Plz solve my problems as quick as possible. Give the correct answer and easyer method to solve this problem
