Vijaya Bank — I have a complaint about my transaction

Address: H. No 91 , mainatali, Mughalsarai, Chandauli, Uttar Pradesh, 232101

Sir on 2nd august at 12:36 pm i made a transaction of 550 rupee from upi
Tran id : p1908021236395260878155
Utr :[protected]
Bt on application there it shows that transaction is not success full but ballance is deducted from my account.
I also gonna attach the mini statement of the recievers account.
Sir please take action against it.

Paytm Transaction number [protected] amt - 1530/-Dated- 24/07/2019 was not completed bank has deducted any amount.we have not such my ac credit reverse balance . So plz money back in my account.
