13.10.2018 I have made a payment through IMPS from Vijaya bank mobile banking application. While doing the transaction it showed the transfer failed but unfortunately that amount got deducted from my bank account. I tried to call so many times to the bank customer care, nobody picks the calls. also I have sent email to IMPS team and vijaya bank my branch, there was no response .
Even the opposite party didn't receive the payment even after 44 hours

I have transferred a sum Rs 12000/- to Canara bank A/C Through IMPS from Vijaya Bank Mobile app on 31 July 2018 and during the process it showed the transaction failed and amount is deducted from my saving A/C but the amount is not received at the opposite end.
I have called the Service desk several times but there is no response from the helpdesk, also I have sent email to IMPS team and there was no response .
