Vijaya Bank — IMPS transfer failed but amount deducted from the account

Vijaya Bank — Debit card doesn't detect in EDC machine at any shop, pump etc...

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am unable to use my debit card at shops, petrol pumps, it gives " card error" in EDC, And the reason i get is demonetization from the bank employees, Whatsoever i'm able to withdraw the amount from ATM. I hope this issue will get resolved soon

Yesterday I have made a payment through IMPS from Vijaya bank mobile banking application. While doing the transaction it showed the transfer failed but unfortunately that amount got deducted from my bank account. I tried to call so many times to the bank customer care, nobody picks the calls.
Even the opposite party didn't receive the payment even after 24 hours.

I am living in chennai on 27 th dec-17 i tried to with drawn amount from vijaya bank ATM Rs.3000/= transaction failed message came and i tried in another ATM twice Rs3000/= and Rs.2000/= but transaction failed but when i saw my message total Rs8000/= was deducted from my account and i have given a written compliant but they are telling it will take 1 weak to get credit

looking forward any kind advice
