Vijaya Bank — loan is fully paid whereas cibil shows inactive and open

Dear sir,
I had taken Loan (O/D) against my own F .D.from vijaya bank, Balaganj, chowk, LUCKNOW. My Loan a/c was [protected] and customer Id was[protected] which was fully paid on 12.11.16.
As per your record, it is still due on me. Kindly make corrections and instead of ' inactive and open ' make it 'closed.' Due to this my Cbil score is being spoilt.
Evidence and NOC and a/c Statement with authorised signatory is attached herewherewith.

Respect sir,
Sir hazaribagh vijaya bank ka services bhut kharab hai jiske karna humko bhut pareshani hota hai. Jab v hum bank me passbook update aur atm se paisa nikalne jate hai toh mera kam nhi hota .
Apse anurodh hai ki mera samasya ka koi upaye kare.
