[Resolved]  Vijaya Bank — locker rent not refunded.

1) i have withdrawn the locker facility with vijaya bank on 5th april 2018.
2) still rs1100 has been debited from my account as locker rent on 09/05/2018.
3) i have approched the branch manager several times to refund the same amount.
4) stilldate the amount has not been credited to my account.
Document attached :
Rs. 1100 withdrawn from your a/c *003685 details: locker rent/12270a51so0039. Tot bal:3175.98cr avl amt:- 3175.[protected]:00:44
So i request you to arrange for the refund.

Reference id: 22678455 transaction failed but money got deducted from my bank account. It did not get reversed as well. Please help me get my my money back.
