Sir, i mamidi hari babu made online transaction with apsrtc having ref. No:[protected]; bank ref no[protected]: on[protected] for rs 536/-. But transaction failed. Even though rs 536/-. Dear sir,
I have sent rs.2300 to my friend account before 2 days. The transaction was failed or timed out the amount was debited from my account. Still now didn't refund my amount.
