[Resolved]  Vijaya Bank — Misbehaviour of your customer care support

I want to make a complaint against one of your customer service agent who is rejected my call when i am talking about my vijaya bank account, she even can't listening my problem, My 345 rs has been deducted from my account without providing me any kind of information, please do some thing about that otherwise i will take legal action against this kind of services which vijaya bank provided to our customers

We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused. You are requested to submit a representation at your Branch to enable them to take remedial action in the matter. We also request you to send us a message on our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/vijayabankindia/), with your 15-digit account number and the date of transaction, to enable us to take up the issue with the Branch.
