On 9/21/2015 i have made an NEFT transfer through V-mobile banking for Rs.50000/- My balance was deducted instantly but till its not credited to Benificiary account.
I called Customer Facilitation Centre and also vijaya bank customer care but the response is poor & non professional !! They telling me to wait another 48hrs to get the status of my transaction !!
Also the near Branch manager is not good at solving these type of issues & the only thing he tells me is to contact customer care
I have not faced this type of problem with any other banks which i am customer of ..
Its really frustrating, this delay already caused lot of damage to my business & schedules... So i can't wait anymore...
Please Refund the money back to my Vijaya Bank account
