Vijaya Bank — money deducted

Address: Nanjangud branch, Mysore, Karnataka

As i ordered in meshooo using pay tm for online purchases my order failed and money deducted from my bank account rs 620 on 18/2/2020. But order not placed, money immediately deducted from my vijaya bank account number [protected], i have not ordered means where the money gone, may know the details or need need my money to be adjusted to my bank account.
