[Resolved] Vijaya Bank — net banking facility not getting

Sir, iam the customer of vijaya bank, mothi branch.
I have been submitted an application for re issue me a vnet banking user id and password which i had forgetted. Almost one month
But still iam not getting any answer from the bank employess. I contact with the branch manager but he also not giving me a response, he saying that i dont know ask to the bank employess otherwise u can complain online. Based on the branch manager ans i will complaining.
Sir kindly do the needfull and oblige.

डिअस सर विजया बँक
मै ४-९-२०१८ को अपने दोस्त को ३००० /- रु एस बि आय बँक मे FUND TRANSFER किया किंतु ट्रांजंक्सन timed out हो गया उसका imps ref no[protected] यह है. कृपा करके मेरे ३०००/- रु मेरा खाता क्र-५१६००१०११०००१७० मे जमा कर दिजीया यह आपसे बिंती है
