Vijaya Bank — not able to file a complaint in vijaya bank

But for the prakash nagar branch we are not able to file a complaint.
If i give the account number in complaint portal it says account does not exists, which is blunder and not acceptable.

Actually i was not able to login my net banking login credentials. When i try to give my userid and password it says userid is expired. How i don't know and why i dont know. Vijaya bank never ever give the details clearly, everytime customer has to contact the bank people personally then only things will be resolved or response will be received.
