I had submitted my application for using net banking at my local branch located at Malakpet. It is more than 3 weeks and the even though the branch submitted my details to the head office no action is being taken and up to now they did not provide me a solution. I have tried complaining on their website but the complaint is not going through. I have also attached the image of the error I am encountering while logging into my net bank account. Is this way how Vijaya bank treats its customers I believed Vijaya Bank stood for good customer service but I'm failing to find it in this case. The bank forwarded my complaint with image to Head Office for further action but there has been no response in this regard. I'm attaching the same image.
