Vijaya Bank — refund amount not yet credited

I had ordered an item on amzon.in on 27-apr-2019. The item was returned and the refund of rs 2999.00 was initiated by amazon.in on 30th april 2019 but the amount is not been credited to my account.

Charges has been debited for which I don't have place an order. 1st the transaction was cancelled and than amount has been deducted for 2 times.
This was happend on book my show when I was trying to book a ticket through phone pay app. My transaction I'd is AXISSDKV345e1ad3d42a1461997f56bcca1
