I have transferred a sum two time send amount 1:-.800rs..2:-6400rs.. Total amount rs 7200/- to othersbank a/c through imps from vijaya bank mobile app on 29/09/2018 and during the process it showed the transaction failed and amount is deducted from my saving a/c but the amount is not received at the opposite end.
I have called the service desk several times but there is no response from the helpdesk, also i have sent email to imps team and there was no response.. Please return my amount my account.. Please request..
