I have started the discussion with vijay bank field officer in periyapatna branch, mysore district since dec 2018 and its been a year and still struggling to get the dairy farming project approved.
One of the field officer visited my farm and looked at the dairy farming project report and kept asking us to change (Once said cant approve construction cost so change the project and then when we removed it was asked to add it back again and similarly lot of changes been asked to be made on the project report). Finally this field officer whom i was working with moved and a new field officer came in and i started the same discussion again since last 3 months.
This new person said she is not fully aware of the process as she is still in training and asked me to visit fridays and now i am asked again to change the proejct report.
My problem is -
1. There is no proper instruction on what they want to approve my dairy project
2. It is not a customers problem is a staff is new, they need to instruct the customer on proper process and if it cannot be approved let us know so we can find another bank.
3. This new field officer (Mostly off work).. She asked me to go to the bank on 22nd and by afternoon when i was ready to meet her she says "i have less work today so i am leaving early" (This is so unprofessional). Leaves the customer suffering.
Dairy project is supported by modi government (Centrally) and we do not see much support from the banks on this.
