Vijaya Bank — transaction has failed in vijaya bank app but amount deducted

Hi sir this is Mahesh S m from Bangalore I have made a transaction of 5000 to another account on[protected] through vijaya bank app but it shows failed in app but deducted in account please resolve this issue as soon as possible my account no is [protected] and for addition I also attached a screenshot of email that sent from bank regarding that transaction
