I am a Vijaya Bank account holder for many years and have recently opted for debit card and internet banking facility. I have been trying to change my online login password for so many days, since the password expires in 180 days o[censored]sage. Whenever I try to change it does not allow me to change and says your mobile is not registered contact your branch. I had visited the local Malakpet Branch on numerous occasions and they said that I have to register my mobile at any ATM.
Speaking of ATM this is the only bank ATM which is not open in early morning times the shutter of the ATM is down I think the watchman allocated goes to sleep and I found all the other bank ATM's are open (ICICI, Yes Bank, SBH, Kotak Mahindra etc) and when I use other ATM's I get the message try using my own bank ATM to avoid charges so if the bank is not providing me proper facility whose fault is it? Both the ATM's at Malakpet and Dilsukhnagar were closed during the morning so I think the bank people should check on this as it is a real hindrance to get access of ATM's.
After registering my mobile at the ATM I got a message that Updation successful but still when I try to change the password I am getting the same error mentioned above I kindly request the bank authorities to look into this matter and get back to me ASAP. My mobile is [protected]@gmail.com

Vijaya Bank — Internet banking transaction failed
Yesterday i paid 1259rs for an order on paytm. The money was not recieved by paytm but was deducted from my account. It is still not refunded
