Mrs. Vijayalakshmi. J (IOB Customer [protected]) informed that the Indian overseas branch manager(Newly appointed manager at Uppiliapuram branch IOBA0000256) was not responding properly.
I am requesting a loan against Mudra scheme in order to provide Tailor business in my house as a house wife .I asked him what are the documents & procedure required?.
But the manager responds that the "We will provide a loan for you then go to your house & eat, sleep " on your way like an irregular response from him .Also he does not act in a professional manner even with elder people Whoever contact him for any bank related issues.
Since you are appointed unprofessional manager in our branch even he does not know how to speak with women.
