To whom so ever it may concern,
This is to bring to your notice about the bad experience I had with Vijaylakshmi silks MG Road Bangalore.
I purchased a silk saree from Vijaylakshmi Silks MG Road on 25th Sept 2021 worth 13K without the silk mark card . After 15 days draped the saree for a wedding which was held in an AC Hall. I wore the saree for barely 4 hours and in such a short time the saree colour has bled to the blouse near the underarm area. Never have I had such an experience with any silk saree before inspite of wearing them a whole day .
We contacted the MG Road branch and shared the pictures on WhatsApp.
They told we don’t guarantee the colour because of sweat and rainwater and it has been mentioned behind the rate card as a disclaimer . Then they asked us the get the saree to the showroom.
After that they sent it to the purchase dept. Two days later we got a call saying the same thing .
They were very rude and told me they offer a blouse piece at the most .
When told I shall put this on social media, I was told to go ahead and do it and they don’t care about it.
Is this how you treat a customer who has invested 13k in a saree TRUSTING your brand name? You should remember you people are a brand because of consumers.
I request you to please look into the matter and compensate me accordingly.
