I am submitting this complaint after repeatedly being fooled by mr. Pramod jadhav the proprietor of vikas interiors (Formerly) sai vikas interiors & exteriors. I consider this to be a serious breach of trust.
During the initial conversation mr. Pramod was very sweet and responded swiftly even in the night. He promised to complete the work in 40 days and now its already 70 days and i am losing on my rent. I have paid pramod rs.300, 000 just on a belief that he would complete the work quickly. But he stopped the work and stopped responding to my calls from the very next day he received the money needed. I would have called him for more than 300 odd times out of which he responded to one or two of the calls telling he would be sending workers and material the next day. The same thing repeated for more than 10 times. Now i am fedup and i realized that he has been bluffing and he has no intention to complete the work. He has got his profit and my work is not even half way.
He always gives one reason about his father's illness.in the beginning i felt sorry and have given him enough time. But i don't understand why his supervisor never turned up. He should have asked him to coordinate for my work, instead supervisor switched off him phone when after i reached him. The best part is he never paid the workers as well, the workers also started complaining on him. And now i cannot trust anyone.
I am writing down this complain just with the hope that my work will be completed on time with all the material promised to be used. If pramod wouldn't respond to this as well i will have to lodge a complain with consumer forum.
