Dear Sir/Madam,
At the recently concluded AMC renewal contract Ref. no. MP5091 dated 18.12.2020; your team had made many commitments. However, we are disappointed to share that most of it are unmet. Here are 2 of them:
1)It was committed that the background music will be put up immediately on renewal. It’s been 4 month and it hasn’t happened yet.
2)Time shown on the display in the lift cabin is not accurate and was committed for immediate rectification.
This month Lift was got stucked for 6 times.
While your manpower do visit the site as required and rectifies the regular problem, this is NOT TO OUR SATISFACTION.
Our terms of service are Comprehensive Management. Our understanding of the term is that you will not only resolve issues but will resolve in a way that satisfies us. This we find LACKING.
Hence, the Managing committee with this letter STRONGLY INSIST that you send a senior who can fulfill all commitments made at the time of renewal of AMC proactively.
