I would like to know one answer y the phone line has got disconnected as we have not still received any hard copy of bill still now from last 2 month which we had already informed to every call received from your call center which is really ridiculous where they don't know how to speak with customer they only demand payment when we request for hard copy they don't have any answer but there immediate next question to our question is when you are arranging for payment? Which is not a solution to our demand and when we ask them that we wont like to enjoy any service of airtel they say thank you and even cut the line so this is how you are treating the customer you can see our all records from how many years i am enjoying the service of yours and are we defaulter in payment so this is fault from airtel department and for your kind information if this is case than you have to lose customer like us from your hand.
So choice is yours reply awaited.
