I made a hotel booking through goibibo of Dream Valley Resort with Booking ID: HTLT993U72. Booking confirmation mail arrived at May 29, 00.01 am (night). And next day in evening when we started for the trip, then call come from goibibo, saying that booking is not confirmed. Then the alternative hotel was provided, which was 20km away from original booked hotel and the booking was done at much higher rate than its actual current rate, just to balance out the made payments. Alternative booking was provided in Mudumalai Holiday Village hotel with Booking ID: HTLT993U72. I talked with even customer care and even they are no helping hands from there. So, as a final resort raising consumer complain, as the price difference which I see is over Rs 5000. Am I also want to be compensated for the pain caused to us due to problem at goibibo side.
