Vilaas Studio — Unauthorized charge taken from my bank account with my permission

Satish here from Udupi. My business name is Vilaas Studio.
I had a active plan in 2018, in 2019 sachin your local rep offered a life time membership for 12000 rs and I had filled the application and the contract was signed. Later after few days sachin told me that the life time membership was not available and I decided to cancel everything. Recently your rep from banglore called many time to put me on a plan and I refused. last month he called me again and offered a free one month membership for which I agreed since it was free and he sent me a link and asked for the OTP num sent to my mob which I gave it over the phone. No papers were signed and May 26th I see that 590rs was taken from my bank account without my authorization. Had a conversation with Helen (ID Num[protected] from the ECS dept and she said that 590rs plan was activated which I was not aware at all. Ranghacharya was the rep who did this and his phone num is switched off. Plz contact me on [protected] which is my JD registered num ASAP. I have all the phone call recordings with the agents in which they have agreed that it was unauthorized and wrong on the JD part. Plz do the needful. 26th May JD charge 590RS ten times and I have lost nearly 5000rs which I have never requested because there are no functions happening and I always asked them to call back after few months once everything is normal. I had a phone conversation with Rangacharya yesterday and he totally refused that such plan was activated and he never did it. he said its impossible to take money from my bank acc without my permission, signature or any mandate. JD ECS dept reps say that it was Rangacharya who did it and plan was activated last April 23rd 2020. Plz contact me and refund my losses and deactivate whatever plan I am in with JD so I dont loose my hard earned money atleast during this tough times...
