Villagers — water problem

The water problem in my village from 10 days .. sir there is. No one take action the iph department of the I.e vill manai teh harchakian from kangra. I have submitted many times the application for the water problem but no one take action on this after all I met with engineer but they also didn't take any action the employees which are selected to give water on time i.e selected from panchayat . So that sir please take some action on this .. thank u very much sir
