I here by would like to complaint on the disrespectful behaviour of a driving school in my locality.

Initially i started my driving class with the above mentioned school in november 2018. I was made to wait for a long time on the very first day. The next day when i went to pay my fees the school was closed and when asked about that, there was no proper response, so i decided to go for another driving school.
Days later (Kesavan) the driving school owner, with the information i provided during the admission called my number and started speaking abusive words stating that not to review his driving school.
His impertinence has posed a mental pressure and i am worried on his inappropriate words. I would like to bring this to your attention so that people of this kind would behave with respect to the consumer. What steps will be taken to stop these type of atrocities.
