Violent Street Dogs — Street dogs

Kindly help in getting rid of violent street dogs in my area, b block, sector 71, Noida. There are 10-15 street dogs, they attack on every individual altogether. There is park and we are unable to sit in the park because of them; a) because these dogs are aggressive and b).because they pee everywhere in the park.
