I have purchase VIP bags who commit fake international warrenty service. I live in Germany and my bag handle has been broken in 5 month after purchasing the bag. I have been continuously calling and mailing VIP bags customer service but they are not even responding to my email and every time customer representaive give me false hope that within 24 hours VIP bags customer service will contact you but nothing happen.
Third class customer service.Even after mentioning that i have to travel in few week they still not respond to my mail. When they can not afford giving service internationally they why they mention in thier warrenty card.
