Vip Grand Propertiess — unethical business

Hi All,

Not to demean but only feel sorry for people who are not able to read and do researches before investing their hard earning and placing in the hands of these looters called VIP PropertieeS (least to do is to name their fraudster company right) anyways.

My story is not any different from the rest of the pack who had been writing on this portal for many years now, my mistake was I got dragged into their Sunday Bazaar/marketing ploy where they created a situation of "no let go" and you will not believe - they will take that initial 20k from you on the day of visit by hook or crook, to save that, you then will invest a little more and then to save that a little more . . .. ... I reached to a stage that I did not want to let go my money though the land they showed us was a piece of rat ### (VIP wonder city and VIP Kings crown) - hell to their naming convention again!!

Thugs are from top to bottom in this company, to believe, just go and sit in their HSR office in the guest reception for 30 mins, once any customers goes out of the office the amount of tu tu mein mein/adjustment talks they do for commission/brokerage/gold coin incentive for themselves is for evident and loud that I felt very sad for the folks who just got looted in front of my own eyes and I could do nothing (as I am a tired customer for the last 2.5 years) these are suckers!! Sry, I meant money looters!!
A site (418 I think in Kings crown) moved hands in 30 mins from one old customer who was fighting with them to a new customer at a price 645 to 970, this is a crazy amount I think its like a 50% jump and the names are adjusted with (without the knowledge of their chairman and these cheap guys pocket the money, astonishing 4 lakhs, and the amount of eye signals between Vijay at the cash counter and the CRM was very disgraceful with the new customer just standing at the back of the CRM, sadly the new customer seemed to be doing a small time job and these looters cheated him in front of me and I was helpless)
Watch out friends – your money is not their worth, invest in a reliable small land than to roam behind VIP people for the rest of your life, I say this as they will treat you like worms once they taken your money.
They have been under turmoil recently and are making all fancy offers and efforts to lure customers – I only hope you get your worth of satisfaction dealing with them.

Beware of looters ANANDA (he calls himself a GM), Nagaraj (Mr political influencer, that’s how they scare you when you ask of him, he apparently is the Bangalore HSR manager), you may not know of the following 2 as they have left the firm and VIP folks blame all the mess on these 2, but its all a ploy Anwar and Mrs Padamapriya (the sly fox, she is that one to be stonned as she even dared to keep my money for herself before she left VIP, if not of my fire fighting with her then).
NEVER DEAL with VIP friends and pls spread the news if you know of your beloved ones who may fall a prey to these guys.
