Sub: Complaint against Fraud NGO VIP Human Rights and their workers national Secretary of Vip Human Rights Shaikh Ahmed & President of Women Cell of Vip Human rights Arshiya Fatima in Telangana Hyderabad for criminal intimidation & cheating for a sum of Rs. 7, 00, 000/- in the guise of doing favors black magic in the name VIP Human Rights, International Human Rights Organization - Reg.

presently R/o. H.No: 19-5-29/10/D/2/1, Kishanbagh, Bahadurpura, Hyderabad, do hereby submit the following seeking your kind consideration and necessary action
I submit that Smt Arshiya Begum was our tenant resides at Mehdipatnam got close to my mother Smt. Tahera Begum. I was facing issues with my husband on which my mother was very much worried, by taking the advantage of my disturbed married life, In the month of January 2021 Smt Arshiya Begum induced my mother to meet her business partner Shaikh Ahmed who will solve the marriage problems spiritually by black magic. On meeting with Shaikh Ahmed and Arshiya Fatime at their office situated at 3rd floor, flat no.302, Moghul Court Building, Basheerbagh, Hyderabad has presented themselves as a big businessperson having big banners wall pictures of Justice Chandriya sir and other members of Human rights commission Telangana in their office and they represent themselves Human Rights commission Telangana having solutions for any kind of problems. He can settle the issues with my husband spiritually as he has great effects of spirituality of black magic. For that they both have demanded Rs. 10 Lakhs from my mother for solving all my marriage related issues spiritually.
My mother Smt. Tahera Begum got influence by the tempting and sweet talks of Smt Arshiya Begum and her partner Shaikh Ahmed got settled the amount to Rs. 07 Lakhs. During the month of January 21 have paid cash of Rs. 2 Lakhs on different occasions by visiting their office at Basheerbagh. Remaining Rs. 5 Lakhs have been transferred by my brother from Australia through Western Union (Receipt is enclosed) in the month of February 2021.
I further submit that after receiving the amount of Rs. 07 Lakhs Shaikh Ahmed and Smt. Arshiya Begum started demanding Rs. 3 Lakhs more when we fail to give them money, they both Shaik ahmed and Arshiya fatima started showing their power of their NGO there were giving us open Threats and stop paying my old mother flat rent and filled false case against on me in Asif nagar ps in November 2021, and police called for enquiry they said Shaik ahmed and Arshiya from VIP human rights they filled a complained against me. since it was a false complain to threaten us after police enquity the said complain closed by Asif Nagar police hyderabad.
I humbly submit that Shaik ahmed and Arshiya started giving life threats to us they said that if we wont stop asking money, they can send me hospital or jail in any time, and we have all recording of all conversations .
I humbly submit that, Vip Human rights and its workers are Gonda people they do kill people also and On 10th December 2021 They have planned a murder and send people to attack us in our house. My mother and I got various injuries and fracture we had complained this incident to Asif nagar ps and they sent us to Osmania hospital to get injury report, tough we have submitted injury report also since these people are highly influence and they say themselves to be Human rights members of telangana and influencing police and others they only book a pity case instead taking strong action against accused members who planned a Criminal activity and attack us to murder. Since 10 december till date that investigation is pending.
I humbly submit that VIP human rights is only 2 year old company and it has two directors there is no contact details of directors. I did try to contact that company legal advisor Advocate Akash Mishra in delhi and sent him a complain via email with evidence about their workers in November 2021, till date I did not received any call from the legal advisor nor directors to solve the issue it looks like This NGO which is VIP himan rights everyone in the company are fraud and cheat people on the name of NGO not only in hyderabad but all over india that must be a reason since November 2021 till today no one from the company care to call and discuss and resolve the issue, I think all these people work in join venture with Arshiya Fatima and Shaik Ahmed do make money and cheat innocent people on the name of Help.
Shaik Ahmed and Arshiya who are claiming themselves as human rights commission and misusing and damaging TSHRC name, VIP human rights is a Fraud NGO, and they only work for their benefit and cheat people. Saifabad ps also after investigation registered a FIR for cheating 7 lacks Against Shaik Ahmed and Arshiya Fatima in Crime no 8/2022 u/s 406, 420, 506 IPC.
I Humbly request kindly do investigate on this NGO and their workers in hyderabad and all over india they are fraud and running Fraud NGO cheating people and misusing their emotional situations to trap them and cheat them lacks of rupees in hyderabad and everywhere on the name of VIP Human rights NGO and black magic. The worst thing they claimed to be part of human rights commission kindly take necessary action against the Fraud NGO.
I humbly submit that, it’s a sensitive issue This NGO is mis using liberty having name as VIP Human rights, and they say they are human rights members, I feel no NGO should get register their name as Human right, it would be better if human rights commission in state only will known as state Human right commission instead all these Fraud and cheat NGO having name like VIP Human right. All the NGO who have named their organisations named as human rights should get a investigation and fraud ngo must banned or renamed to foundation or society instead human rights. They making confused people instead of creating awareness.
I pray to you and request your kind selves to take necessary action against NGO VIP human right and their workers Shaikh Ahmed & Arshiya Fatime for criminal intimidation & cheating for a sum of Rs. 7, 00, 000/-, do help me to get our hard earn moey back 7 lack and 3 months’ rent Arshiya did not pay to my old mother. I appreciate your kind help.
