Sir it is my request to you to know about my problem .that i do not have internet access on my pc from 24 nov. 2015 to 20 dec.2015 . whenever i make complaint to your technician they show that they resolve my problem, but till 20 dec.2015 my net was not working.
it is my request to you to wave off my money from your bill which they sent through message that its 793/= Rs. i need wave off in this bill.here is my details of complaints with executive names who pick my calls

10.[protected] satish date 18/12/15 at9:25 pm
11.[protected] naveen date 19/12/15 at 8:27 pm
and last compplaint they resolve today 21/12/2015, so please verify these summery from your department and allow my waver as possible as soon, because i need to pay my bill .
