We ordered arc handy portable AC for rs.1900 via ORDER #VDS144377 on Aug 1, 2019
The product reached us today Aug 06th, in damaged condition. Now when trying to call in their number we are not getting response. Also we send a mail for which we have not got any response.
How can we get a product replacement or reimbursement?
I feel cheated with this behaviour
