The product i had received was of very poor quality so i emailed the customer support of the company and they directed me to send the product to below given address. I couriered the product through indian post courier service on[protected]. Since i was not able to track my courier so i contacted teekart customer care and they assured me that they will contact me as soon as they receive my courier (On[protected].
But after filing a complaint and many failed attempts to track the product, i thought indian post has lost my courier.
Then recently i went to the indian post head office jammu and enquired about the same. They informed me that the courier was well delivered to teekart on[protected]. It came as a shock to me. The senior superintendent of post offices even gave me his letter clearly stating that the product was delievered to the marked address on[protected].
Again i sent an email to teekart customer care informing them about the whole thing and shared the letter from the senior superintendent also, and requested them to initiate my refund asap.
But again they replied with the same email stating that they will contact me when they will receive the product.
They are denying the fact that the courier has been delivered to them 2 months back. And since there isn't a customer care calling support, so i can't do anything else than to communicate through emails.
