Virar Rto — licence not received

Sir, i applied for a licence in the month of march 2013, i got my learning licence in march 2013 LL No.LL/15044/13, & my final test done in month of july 2013, but i yet to be received my licence, Final Receipt No.2449460 of Rs.262.70.

There is no server in virar rto their is too big que but no response from staff.we are waiting from 1hours .for what we pay money
