I have booked the unit in 2014. I am not receiving the Assured Returns since April 21. Also company has not yet completed the project.

Can you please stop spreading wrong information? Yes, they had an issue with the payment of Assured Returns during the lockdown period. But now everything is sorted. If you still have any such problem, why don't you talk to their corporate team? Do write them a mail. Spreading misinformation on open forums is strictly not appreciated.
