On 30th aug 2016 some ritu call me and ask my credit card number for credit reward point of 9872 to my credit card account. After some time my credit card account has been debited of rs 2500 twice. This trxn. Was not initiate by me. From bank a message come on my mobile that rs.2500 debit my card account twice i inform it to bank but bank representative suggest me to talk visa billpay-vodafone-mumbai. But i have no post paid vodafone mobile connection. Knowing them they refused my reverse request. Next day that priya sharma call me again and tel lme that amount on hold. I again request her to reverse rs.5000 to my credit card account. My appeal to you please do accordingly and arrange to credit rs.5000 to my citi bank credit card no is [protected] pls cancel these transactions at the earliest
