I own a car with number AP31EM9658. I received a message on 6th December that I have to pay Rs135/- as I am not wearing a helmet. This is totally ridiculous. The picture shows a guy with bike number AP31EM0658.

Updated by Beulah Susan I was out of station on that day. So there is no chance of my car going out.

Sir this is P sunitha, of vehicle number :AP39K4579, I have issued a Challan by saying that dangerous parking, but the vehicle is on and in running condition and it's not parked, and the traffic police has issued Challan for false crime so I request you to please kindly look into it at the earliest
