[Resolved] Visas Simply — complaint against the refund

Hi, I have applied from visa simple on January for the Saskatchewan where I was eligible to apply that but cap was full and they told me that if your file would not be accepted I will get complete refund but now they are not giving my money back and trying to convince me to attach with them and force me to do the IELTS exam again until i dont get the 6 bands. so I urge the company to immediately give me a full refund of the processing fee of Rs. 44, 000/-, Failing which I will be left with no other alternative but to file an official complaint with MARA.

Hi,

The owner is fooling us Indians. He is a UK based fraudster known for creating fake websites and steal user information. Do not login using any of your social channels as he may use your personal information for various wrong purposes .

I dont know why the visa simply customer support have not taken the action yet .. but now I have decided that I will take it now

Hi All, Visa simply is fraud company never ever deal with them . They will tell you that money would be refunded if case does not apply or rejected but they never return.. so be aware from this company.

Even Police is not taking action against them even after provided the strong proof against them...
