I resigned microland it company rmz ecospace bangalore in the month of january
Pf withdrawls is dealt by "visbin associates"
I never get prompt response whenever i ask for pf withdrawl procedure or forms
I have requested pf withdrawl in the month of april
I got the pf withdrawl forms from my another previous company vodafone
Then i filled and submitted the forms with a gazetted officer 's signature as per microland's visbin associates request and couriered them
Even after asking for forms they didnot send me t he pf forms they only gave me the address where the pf withdrawl forms need to be send
I sent dtdc courier to the microland to the given address in electronic city on april 22 2016
Many days they didnt reply to my emails it was more than a month
After following up with several emails finally one fine day they say those are invalid format pf forms (only one page was different with microland company's name on it) and they send me back the forms to my house
I again resubmitted all the forms pf+ pension with the only one page which is different
Now after another one month after following with them through several emails
They say the page where gazetted officer signed is a copy and they want original
I got it signed by one of my uncle's friend in bhilai
I sent a scanned copy of the page through email
And he sent me back the signed copy scanned and sent through gmail to me
Since i waited so long i am really frustrated it has been 3 months
How can the scanned page be a copy and not original?
This is simply delaying process and denying the pf amount
I was jobless since january till may
I was dependent on the pf money
