Your terms and conditions are unlawful to consumers.. You say that if a consumer grant permission to accept them, then the permission granted to override DND is irrevocable. Why consumer has no right to withdraw the permission?
I am receiving regular messeges on my contact no.

Respected sir/madam

This is vaishnavi from chennai, this month 11th may i was purchased vishal mega mart in bangalore for total amount 2206.5 but that sales person debited two tmes amount fromt my account(2108.50).He was told that amount will return to your account with in a 3 days but still i didn't get my amount plsease take my complaint and solve my issue...
