My name is Hemaraj id# VRCM6468. I am working in Chennai lords building, there was a misunderstanding with my assistant manager Michael Xavier, I asked them to transfer me to another team, suddenly I was placed in PIP, and I took one day leave and was spoken to and they have asked me to send an Email stating that i was not supposed to take leave in the second PIP which i was informed as 5 days and i did the same and after the PIP was over i took one leave because of my mom health issued asked permission to Michael abd he said okay, now suddenly he is saying that i am going to get terminated. Kindly help me out with this issue i have compared myself with other employees and found that i did better i was improving but due to personal vengence i am being terminated.
