Visionary Rcm Private Limited — negative balance in my savings account

I joined in a new company. They use hdfc bank only. So, i didnt notice my axis bank account. But the god damn it is in negative balance.please help me if they again reduce and turn it to 0 balance ill use or i need to close it.i asked in my local branch but they said it is created in chennai branch also that i need to go there for ANY COMPLAINT ### this system.my cibil score is ### down for this reason you bankers.
