I have ordered a smach watch under their advertisement, i have ordered for s metal strap smart watch but received a plastic strap which i was not satisfied and lodged a complaint. In their whats up no even they acknowledged the complant but not yet soled neitehr any answer came. i even droped a mail to thie customare care but no response yet.
