I saw the ad on msn.com and clicked the link. I checked the site of FitSense independently before placing the order.
I received an SMS with OTP but the package was delivered to the watchman without asking for OTP (red flag).
On opening the package, except a cloth inside the box, the box was empty.
I have asked for a refund.
