I stayed at hotel vivant president by taj groups november 23rd - 26th, room no. 1419. Upon check-in i was asked for my credit card and charged $562.73 (Usd) on nov 24th. On check-out, i chose to settle the bill in inr paid with indian debit card. I asked to receive my bill via email which, i was told that i would receive shortly. Hence, i chose not to take the paper bill. Now more that 24 hours after checkout, my security deposit has not been refunded. I reached out to both taj groups and hotel property via phone and email, no response yet. So, i have been double charged for my hotel stay.
I wish to lodge a formal complaint against this double billing. I have credit/debit card transactions to show for my claim and also hotel confirmation number to verify my stay. Was this information helpful? |
